No registration is required. Any eligible client who books a charter with Fly Jet Reserve automatically starts earning Travel Credits.

Can I transfer my rewards to another account?

No. Travel Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the original account holder.

Is there a limit on how many rewards I can earn?

No. There is no cap on the number of Travel Credits you can accumulate.

Can I combine my rewards with another passenger's credits?

No. Credits cannot be combined between different accounts.

What happens if I cancel my charter flight?

If no penalties apply, credits will be refunded. If a cancellation fee is charged, credits can be used to offset the fee.

Do my Travel Credits expire?

Yes. Travel Credits are valid for two years from the date of issue.
